We only collect personal data that you provide to us yourself, through our Request for Quote portal or by email. This includes:
- Your work email address, used to sign in to the portal
- Your name and phone number
- Company name
- Details of the project and the cooling tower to be tested
- Documents you upload, such as design data, performance curves, drawings and nameplate photos
We do not collect sensitive personal data, financial information, or government IDs. We have no consumer services and do not collect data from children.
Why We Collect This Data
We collect this data solely to respond to your request for cooling tower testing. This is necessary to:
- Understand the tower and the test you need
- Prepare a quotation
- Plan and carry out the test if you engage us
- Follow up on your request
How We Use Your Data
Your personal data is used only for the purposes stated above. We do not:

- Use your data for marketing purposes without your consent

Where Your Data Is Processed
Our website and Request for Quote portal run on Cloudflare. Signing in to the portal uses a one-time code sent to your email address by Cloudflare. Your request and the files you upload are stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure, and the confirmation email we send you goes through Cloudflare as well.
A copy of each request and its files is placed in our company records on Google Workspace (Google Drive and Gmail), which we use for email and document storage. We do not pass your data to any other third party.
Website Analytics
We do not use analytics or tracking services on this website.
Cookies
The public pages of this website set no cookies. The Request for Quote portal sets one sign-in session cookie, issued by Cloudflare, which keeps you signed in for up to 24 hours. It is required for the portal to work and is not used for tracking or advertising, so no cookie consent popup is needed.
Data Storage & Security
Your data is protected by encryption in transit and at rest, and only CTT-S staff can access it. Requests and files are removed from our web storage 12 months after submission. Copies kept in our company records are retained for as long as needed for the project and for our legal and contractual obligations, after which they are deleted.
Your Rights Under PDPA
Under Singapore's PDPA, you have the right to:
- Access your data: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Correct your data: Ask us to update or correct inaccurate information
- Withdraw consent: Stop us from using your data if we previously asked for consent
- Deletion: Ask us to delete a request and its files, unless we must keep them for a contract or a legal obligation
